Lucid Technologies has established a recruitment process, which
aims at maintaining consistent employee profiles. We recruit
people who would fit into the already established informal but
disciplined work culture and people who are driven by team
spirit. Our recruitment process is a combination of written
test, followed by two rounds of interviews. The test evaluates
candidates on Technical proficiency and analytical abilities.
